Far from the central Ilse lived a Pitch Okaryu who practiced the dark arts. They say that no where is safe when your within his grasp. The shadows fear him. Also as if following his rule the shadows would come to life and grasp his prey feasting apon his will. Also as if he was a shadow he vanished within the air.
