One of the ideas I really liked came from

Jameel is laying down on his bed, and has a slight fever. His cute little forehead is sweating and Duncan dabs it with a damp cloth. Duncan is sitting on an old wooden chair feeding him soup with a spoon with a caring smile on his face.
If Jameel gets sick, he really suffers. Loudly. He wouldn't pass on the chance to be cared for, get fed chicken soup, get his washcloth wetted, his pillow fluffed up and his ass pampered as much as possible, kthanks!
