A very long time ago - back in 2010 or so - I made my first closed species called didis and sold them for a few points each. Though I've pecked at them on and off since, I've finally gone back and revamped them in earnest and integrated them into Jesseth and I's newer worldbuild shenanigans. In summary, didis are little dimension-hopping creatures that can phase in and out of our three dimensional plane, transitioning smoothly between flesh and blood animals, incorporeal representations of themselves, and... well, "nothing"!

Of course there are some differences between old and new didis, and I've made sure to document them on the always in progress Myriaverses Wiki, so don't be scared if you have one from a long time ago and they don't match the ones on this sheet. The "rarer" New-Age didis are marked with a little star and a short note about what's special about them in their description below.

Though Didis are a closed species and you're not allowed to create, breed, or sell more of them, you CAN breed didis you've purchased to other breedables (except slinks) and do whatever you'd like with the hybrid offspring, so long as:

-those offspring don't just look like didis with minor alterations (A 50% difference or more will suffice)

-you credit EnterTheDwelling for the didi species itself on your sheets!

You can make more of these crosses, breed your own strains of critter based on them, gift them to other people, sell them, etc

A Note on Official didi Breeding: You CAN commission EnterTheDwelling to breed your didis! These offspring follow the same rules as normal didis. Same goes for slink/didi hybrids!
