Minos M7 was one the many Ghost Mechanical Beasts (2nd in fact) given by Archduke Gorgon to Dr. Hell's Army in his war against Mazinger Z who appeared on Ep.70 of the Mazinger Z Anime. He resembled a Minotaur but with a dog or deer shape face. He wore a brown/dark brown color centurion armor, while his body was white/light gray body. Minos could fire a Sound wave from its horns, that could affect the pilots, and fired missiles from its mouth and his Skirt could start spinning, like a propeller, which would allow him to fly. On the back of the neck, he had three small visible spikes, these were in fact shuriken, which he throw his enemies. However, the bulk of Minos' power came from its own strength, which was capable to tear the defense Barriers down with its own hands, this power up is shown when the Beasts eyes would glow red in color. Minos is one of the few monsters (if not the only) that its not destroy by any of the show's three principle Mechas (Mazinger, Aphrodite or Borot).

Following up from the events of the fight with Gusios, an a emergency meeting is held by the Staff Photon Power Lab, where the decision is made to built a new Combat Effective Pilder, meant to replace the damage Hoover Pilder, a result that has left them without it principle defender, Mazinger, out of commission, leaving the bulk of the job to Sayaka (on Aphrodite A) and Boss (with the Boss Borot). Meanwhile, Archduke Gorgon scolds Brocken for the destruction of Gusios, but the Count made him realize that Gusios achieve more than any other monsters, by damaging the Pilder, meaning Z can no longer be operable, making the perfect opportunity to attack. Gorgon calls forth Minos M7 and gives it to Brocken and heads to Japan on the Gool, which is detected on Radar, and Minos is launched in the woods, Koji takes command (in order to not interrupt Yumi and the three Scientists from their work, and calls Sayaka and Boss to intercept the Beast. When they confront it, Minos just defeats the two Mechas by using its Sound waves and Sucker Punch on Aphrodite, and shuriken on Borot, causing a fuel leak. Minos continues on its way to the Power Lab, which activates its defenses.

Seeing the situation, Koji and Misato discuss a plan to use the Missile Hesensha Z Tank when Minos arrives and attacks, but Aphrodite and Borot catch up, but the Beast takes them out and continues it assault, tearing the barrier down with Missiles, Shuriken and its bare hands. With the situation becoming grim, Koji sends out Misato and Shiro on Hesensha Tank to a field, and proceeds to bury a few mines. Sayaka and Boss launch another assault, this time, Borot distracting the beast as takes the opportunity Aphrodite blast its horns off, destroying the Sound Waves emitters, but Minos responds in kind, blasting her right arm off. Borot then guides the Beast to the Minefield, but another attack from Aphrodite has both Mechas been taken out by Shurikens. Koji takes matters into his own hands and pilots the Hoover Copter to pester the beast, who follows Koji to the designated site. Minos shuts down the Copter, but Koji jump onto the tank before the explosion and continues to drag the beast onto the mine by firing missiles at it, as Brocken proceeds to launch a Bombardment assault on the lab, with time running out, Koji fires another missile, which forces Minos to walk straight to the Mine – it steps on it and the power of the explosion decimated Minos to pieces. With this sudden turn of events, the Count orders to retreat. (No joke, he gets so pissed, his body starts punching everyone and everything, including his own head, lol).

Sayaka and Boss are taken to the medical facility to rest while Koji can console Mazinger and only wait for his opportunity to take Mazinger back into action.
