As punishment for raiding the cookie jar, Snowball's owner forces him to wear a pink sissy diaper with the letters "Q" and "T" on it, and also forbids him from eating solid foods for an entire week, forcing him to drink from a baby bottle for the duration.
I started this drawing on July 29 but just now finished it tonight.
