Meditation
I can spend long hours in silence hearing soft music or just the nature of the outside.
People sometimes think I got asleep but I hear that and I open my eyes instantly when I really asleep I can’t do that 🤪 * giggles* I sleep as a rock.
Anyway meditation it’s my one of my favorites things to do, it’s the perfect state of being asleep and awake at the same time. It’s also very confusing and hard, you have to let your mind free of everything, that was very hard at first but I really love challenges.
