Spider Character Design Process
I had an idea for a character where the head is a spider, or reminiscent of one.
I sketched it out on a post it note, then worked through it in Clip Studio. Left to right is literally how the character came into creation. Although, there are several outfits you can't see.
I think she turned out pretty cute. I don't have a name for her, but I will be drawing more of her.
The colours are not final, and if anyone has a better palette, I'm all ears.
The final product in this image is still unrefined, so I coloured it in a crayon brush, and the linework was a pencil brush (I never use these).
