The bunny is named Harmony, and while she isn't dumb, she's somewhat naive and needy. She's constantly clinging onto Janet (the cow) and gets all sobby if Janet is upset with her.

The cow is Janet, and is a very no nonsense businesswoman. She's constantly tired out from Harmony's constant needs, but if she tries to scold her or break up, Harmony starts to crying. And as she says int he comic, "It would be easier to assassinate our president than to resist Harmony when she cries."
