Wear Satisfaction
Please describe how it is to wear this piece of your costume.
It is mostly very comfortable, the main issues are ventilation and before I added some padding around the eyebrows it would often slip over my head making vision a bit difficult. The reason the ventilation is poor is due to the mouth being closed. I can still breath out of it considering the the size of the eyes, but the mouth being closed causes a lot of issues nonetheless. Vision mostly good.

Appearance Satisfaction
Please describe how satisfied you are with how your costume piece looks from the outside.
Very good. The only real issues I have are: The eyebrows are meant to be blue (planning to refurb them) the nose was supposed to be dark pink, and the symmetry is flawed. Specifically the cheeks are different sizes. The hair is shorter than I wanted it, and I'm pretty sure it was shaved a bit even though I specified that I wanted it longer. The expression is very cute, even if the eyes themselves are rather derpy.

Wear Satisfaction
Please describe how it is to wear these pieces of your costume.
Good! The floor dragger is stuffed well but not too heavy, and the smaller one is adorable. The smaller one however did pop a seam on the belt loop pretty fast. This is the only problem with the actual durability of the entire partial though.

Appearance Satisfaction
Please describe how satisfied you are with how your costume pieces look from the outside.
The only big issue is that the purple was just dyed purple pink fur, however no one has actually noticed this yet and you can really only tell if you look really close. Also on the floor dragger some of the fur is cut along with the backing.

How was your concept art realized?
Mostly good. The main issues are, as mentioned, that the nose and eyebrows were the wrong color.


How well does everything fit together and match up?
Very good. A few issues, but overall I am happy with the product even if I did have to modify it a bit.


How easy was it to initially contact the maker for a quote?
Contacted on Christmas, maker got back to me a couple weeks later.


How satisfied are you with the response time from the maker?
How long did it take the maker to get back to you?
Very poor. Maker typically responded weeks afterwords. Rarely did I get a reply in a timely manner.


How satisfied are you with the professionalism and customer service and of the maker?
When they did reply they were very professional, however I rarely did get replies.


How satisfied are you with how long your project took to complete?
The project was completed in a very timely manner, however the shipping was terrible. It took almost two months to get here and the paws were lost in customs. Both when I commissioned them with the head and the tails, and when I commissioned them on their own.


Are you happy with the product you received?
Very good. A few minor issues with the quality, but overall I am happy with the suit itself.


Describe your overall experience with this maker.
Overall I got a decent product, and a great product for the price, the main issue is the communication. I want this maker to succeed, but I doubt they will with a business model like this. Especially seeing as when I contacted them about the paws going missing for the second time they never did and still haven't gotten back to me. I would recommend this maker if you live in a country that Poland/Norway (the maker lives in Norway but shipped my suit from Poland) will ship to quickly and if you aren't picky with details or are okay with not getting many WIP pictures. However if you are more specific and need lots of WIP pics I wouldn't recommend this maker.
