"Rip it off, Darling Dear!" A tribute to Anne Rice
Here is my promised Hallowe'en piece!
Anne Rice is well known for her vampire sagas, but she's recently branched into werewolf tales too. She's only written 2 such books so far, but the latest had a hot-blooded scene in it I just had to draw.
In book no. 1, "The Wolf Gift", a San Francisco reporter named Reuben was converted into a Morphenkind, a being just like a werewolf, but one which can sense, seek out and destroy evil. Through a series of twists and turns in the plot, he discovers a community of such people who he then comes to live among at a country estate called Nideck Point.
This picture comes from book no. 2, "The Wolves of Midwinter", where Reuben and the Morphenkinder enjoy their first Christmas together at Nideck Point. During the course of the book, Reuben discovers his new love Laura, formerly pure human, has chosen to become a Morphenkind herself. Reuben is doubtful at first, but comes to appreciate the change in his woman. This is beautifully illustrated right at the close of the book, when Laura pounces seductively on Reuben and, at his bidding, disrobes him as only a werewolf can. She then carries Reuben into the forest, where soon he too will take on his lupine form, and they will go wild in the woods together, in every sense of the word.
Happy Hallowe'en everybody, and I urged you to check Anne Rice's new books out!
All credit to her for the characters and inspiration.

Nice picture. It's amazing how huge the werewolf girlfriend is to the man. Plus interesting that they have something of a kink for clothes ripping.
Werewolf romance/erotica seems to be a thing these days. Haven't read any of those books yet so far. But I do remember long ago reading an online text werewolf story about a newlywed couple that I enjoyed, but I forgot the wrote it and the title, or what website it was posted. I believe it was werewolf themed though.
In fact I am something of a werewolf fan. I have gone through comics, webcomics, and movies about them. I have been fascinated by them, what with their ability to transform into a powerful beast with savage super strength and high invulnerability.
