I really like how you made every character's silhouette look unique. This is one of the most fundamental rules when it comes to designing memorable characters.
Anyway, it looks like your story will be getting a colorful cast with a 1:1 human/non-human. I think I can already recognize a few characters described in the prologue.
From left to right, I think I can see Conroy Splitsvelcro (#1), Gonzalez (#5), Amanda Saturn (#6) and Rex Ringly (#12). These guesses were all based on their brief descriptions and the tone in their dialogue.
