I've seen more that a few TF2 themed posts, so having FINALLY played it- thought I'd attribute to the madness. I totally love the idea of having an array of character classes, each with they're own quirks!
...Turns out I kinda suck at Team Fortress. ^.^;;;; Where the heck is the Jedi class?! Xo

Incidently, got on xbox Live. Woot!!

Actually I have yet to get a single kill with that character type. But I'm VERY good at finding autoturrets!

I was rly looking forward to USING those knives... But First Person Shooter point of view has never worked well with melee attacks. >.< Might as well be playing Mirror's Edge.

actually you can, you type "thirdperson" in the console without the quotations, and i assume "firstperson" to return to normal view. there may be key-bind files for that out there for download.

Well, they say you're supposed to whack people with the giant saw, but for some reason I just can't bring myself to hit furry spys half the time.

TF2 has a pretty steep learning curve, depending where you start. When you start, expect to die. A lot. A LOT. I play lots of shooters, even against other people, and do quite well, but TF2 is a whole different story just with the way it is set up.

I haven't played it at all but I'm probably in the same boat.

I wouldn't mind trying out Demoman or Pyro, but I'd probably suck at them...

Awesome! I also just got a copy of Team Fortress 2, and I also recently got on Xbox Live (altough I guess you'd say I got back on really). And I also suck. ^^; Although I suppose I do fairly (relatively speaking) with the Spy or Engineer classes.
