Hmmmm, that brickwork is gorgeous!
The red brick might be available through a hobby outlet (as a hard plastic sheet). The hard part will be finding it in scale that you are making. Dollhouse building supplies might also fit that bill as well.
If you are not a stickler for texture, you could actually print this out on a color printer, and then make a wallpaper of it. covering it in a clearcoat. I saw this done at a model railroad display, and the effect was amazing! This would require getting straight shots of the flat surfaces, then scaling them appropriately.

Hopefully in a smaller quantity. Layer that on your structure and scribe in the lines before it dries... Then paint. A fair amount of work but probably less expensive...
