Joul is a sergal scientist who, according to the scientific community, hasnt done much in terms of breakthroughs but he does his fair share of scientific discovery and research. He also delves into the field of cybernerics, some of which he himself uses that look as real as the actual limb he lost.
On September 29th of the year 2318 he woke up to find himself as an adorable yinglet, cybernetics having fallen off and he has to make new ones for his new form, doing a journal entry as he waits for his new limbs to be "installed"

Just a drawing I did while i was bored at work, a yinglet version of a sergal I just randomly thought up of to go with a previous Yinglet drawing I did. Its not that good i find and im not that big of a fan on how i did the ear but hey its better than what it couldve been. I also apologize for the resolution I took it with my phones camera

Slight explaination of his nickname: he really likes Billy Joel songs and spells it like the scientific measurement Joule but without the E and said like Joel.
