Drew this after my sis complained that there's no cool Water types in Megaman.
ZX era. Aqua Type. Weapon: Hydro Bracer.
Weakness: Electric. Strength: Fire.
Primarily uses whips composed of very high pressure water. Can also charge a ranged attack that uses both Bracers to fire an armor-piercing stream. Charging is slower in dry areas. The wings are capable of swimming AND maintaining extended low level flight- but only while over water. (like a high tech jet-ski)
Seriously tho- I'm pretty sure I came up with these weapons BEFORE I read the Last issue of Battle Angel Alita. *shivers* who'd have thought high pressure water would be THAT devastating! O.o

I really gotta do more with those wings. ^^
Or what happens when a submersible at below ten thousand feet springs a leak? Water that jets under such high pressure that it cuts better than most industrial lasers!
