I had this idea after I made the first one, and it seemed too good not to pass up.
Koopa Koot was feeling sad about his age: he couldn't even remember it anymore! He just wanted to feel young again.
After some deduction he had an idea; he'd order some things through the mail. Unfortunately the Toad Town post office was too far away, so he had that young'n Mario go deliver a letter to the post office instead. Inside the letter his order was detailed.
After hearing several loud crashes from outside, Koot opened the door to find Parakarry there with his parsol (It was a tad beat up, but that was to be expected). After Parakarry left, the old koopa opened the package with an eagerness he hadn't felt in years.
Once he was properly garbed, he had a look at himself. He had decided that the best way to feel younger was to go all the way back to his infant years. As a result, his current attire was that of a baby, consisting of blue booties, padded mittens, a baby blue bib, and most importantly, a very thick cloth diaper, complete with safety pins!
Having achieved his goal of feeling younger, Koopa Koot smiled with a mix of embarrassment and joy. Maybe he'd start doing this more often...
