Hmmm, she looks like pink lemonade or strawberry banana to me ^q^ so how about, Fraise (French for strawberry), Zemenu [Zey-meh-nu] (Latvian for strawberry), truskawka [Tru-ska-fka] (Polish for, take a wild guess, strawberry).

There's also Charlotte! Inspired by the french dessert by the same name ^q^ Meringue, Sophia, Elizabeth!

You could go full weeb with Tamanana [Tamago (egg) + Banana]. Or "Kirakira" which is the sound effect of sparkling! POPPU ROCKU which is a phrase from I MADE IT UP to sound like POP ROCKS! Because her design is POPPIN and SPARKLIN and it ROCKS!!!! You could name her champagne rosé, or just, Rosé.
