Gentleman's Bullet - Bomb Shopping

“It’s been a while since I’d seen you last, Xavier. Was starting to think you’d forgotten about your old pal.” The raccoon’s high-pitched voice was muffled by the slapped together welders mask he had on. Sparks flying in every direction as the device he worked on slowly melded together. Wires sticking out from what looked to be a metal cylinder.
The dragon rubbed that back of his head, unsure exactly how to respond to that. In truth, he had been avoiding this place if only because the last time he was here a simple gun repair turned into a near workplace explosion. Suffice to say, Sebastian was a wiz when it came to mechanics, but sometimes that was a problem in of itself.
He raised a finger, actually finding a way to dig himself out from that set-up before the raccoon lifted up his mask, despite sparks still flying, and turned looking towards him with a manic smile. “But! That’s all in the past now. You’ve come to the right place for this next little job of yours. I’m touched that you know who to come to when you want the right BANG!”
The emphasis on that last word only made Xavier more anxious as he stared into the seeming glowing green eyes of his mechanic. “Uh...I believe your mask should stay down during these proceedings.”
You couldn’t so much call it a laugh, more a high pitched giggle that exited the raccoon’s mouth. “Nonsense! How can I really see and appreciate my work with a stuffy mask in the way all the time? I only keep it down for the initial weld, never know when the thing could go off!” With that, he turned around and continued welding, mask raised.
“Ah...right then. Carry on, I trust you’ll give me exactly what I’ve requested.” After nodding his head slowly in response to the thumbs up from the raccoon he went back to polishing his rifle. He’d done some more digging and found another building under this so-called ‘Pai-Lin’. Turns out whoever they were, it was going to take some dragging out before he could get them to show their face. Consistently behind the scenes, funneling money wherever it was needed rather than getting their own hands dirty. This figure had been supporting many of the corrupt organizations that Xavier was either being hired to shut down or knock the head from. Over time he surmised it was time to cut out the middleman and sever the head of the snake. He would just need to draw them out, and he knew exactly how to do it.Both Mister Dragon/Gentleman's Bullet and Sebastian belong to me
