VINCENT undebately has the most mysterious background out of all the Travelers, because of a couple of things: no one knows where he came from, no one knows how old he is, and no one knows anything about what he did for a living. Though some might argue about Vincents age because despite the fact that he looks like he is on his late 20's, he is actually much, MUCH older than that, probably hundreds, probably thousands, probably millions, or even billions of years old. The only few things that are known anout Vincent know: He is the last dragon to be alive in the Present, he is considered to be the best scientist in the world for his creation of the Time Regulator, and he lives FAR away from everyone else. Vincent created the Time Regulator for the purpose of keeping Time Machines from actually working, the reasonn he invented such device in the first place was to keep wannabe time travelers from going trough time and trying to change history (ex. changing the past, knowing about the future etc.), thus creating a more chaotic timeline. Vincent doesn't want anyone to find out about his work, so he built the Regulator miles away from Quantum Square, in a place called "Mystery Hills" the reason for the name is because it's a mystery to try to get around, over, or even under them, so you cannot get to the other side in any way possible, except going THROUGH them; there is no tunnel, but there is a secret gate that leads inside to Clockwork Meadows, and last the Time Regulator. Vincent also created 6 Time Zone portals for the following Time Zones: Aztec, Ice Age, Prehistoric, Transilvanian, Futuristic, and Egyptian; these are the places where he found 6 of the Power Gems, the other two (Diamond, and Amesthyst) were found in the Present. Vincent's worst fears and nightmares came true, when the Time Regulator went beserk for some unexpleinable reason, and then "exploded", but this wasn't a regular explosion, instead it shot the Diamond Power Gem straight up in a super-powerful jet stream of pure energy, it was shot out like a bullet and flew off far into deep space (only to be found later on by Max and Lawrence). After that two other power Gems (Amesthyst and Amber) where shot out trought the windows, the Topaz Power Gem was shot inside the Aztec Zone; the Emerald Power Gem was shot inside the Ice Age Zone; the Ruby Power Gem was shot inside the Prehistoric Zone; the Onyx power Gem was shot inside the Transilvanian Zone; and the Sapphire was shot inside the Futuristic Zone. Vincent calculated that is the Power Gems are not returned before the deadline of 7 months, then the Time Regulator will collapse into a super-nova explosion extremely powerful enough that can tear the fabric of Time and Space apart, and destroy the entire universe.
CONNECTION WITH THE TRAVELERS
Vincent meets up with the soon-to-be Travelers (Danny, Jackson, Cassius, Twilight, Izzy, Kitty, Tyler, Furball, King, Noah, Violet, Joannie, Montana, Bridget, Crystal, and DJ) when all 16 were caught trying to get inside the clockwork, and instead of trying to wipe out their memories, he acceted them in and explained what the Time Regulator was in the first place, Vincent asked the new Travelers if they could help him find the Power Gems; Danny replied for the group saying that they accept the mission; but Vincent mentions that not only do the Time Gems need to be found, but also Out-of-Time Travelers, these were the people who got lost during the great Power Gem mix up, Violet questions that it would too much work to locate missing people, but Vincent replies to her that only 3 from each Time Zone were caught in the mix-up, and if they don't return them home, then Out-of-Time Travlers might wreack havoc in the Time Zones they are now on; Danny (again) replies for the group saying that they'll take part of callange too' that is until Furball questions what the living arrangements might be, Vincent replies that the guys will stay at the West half of the Regulator, and the girls go the East half, it'll be like that until Vincent is able to repair the Time Regulator enough to open the first portal (to the Aztec Zone).
RELATIONSHIP WITH ROSEY
While the mini-war the Aztecs vs. the Travelers went on, Vincent met up with one of the Aztecs, Rosey the Dragon, Vincent was surprised to not only see another dragon alive, but also see one as beautiful as her (of course he never said either thing out loud). Vincent is very bad at trying to talk to Rosey (oddly enough he can comunicate with the other females with easiness), and as a small running gag he would usually give her a "compliment" like: "Wow, you certainly can handle internal combustion engines just like a guy" to which Rosey would either give him a confused/ofended look, or reply "excuxe me?"; but vincent actually means well and doesn't try to offend her, but he just doesn't know how to communicate with her. Vincent may be smart; but when it comes to talking to the ladies; now there's something he is completely clueless about.

Though Vincent is seen only for a moment, he mentions the Power Gems, meaning that they have just been scattered through Time and Space.
