General Chaos is in the ring, facing an opponent obviously quite strong but it doesn't seem that the dragon wrestler is afraid since he charged with a power punch that could take down a mountain... only that THIS is a mountain who won't go down so easily.

I am not sure since I do not know the full extent of Baldur's powers.
However, Mahal is actually an extremely powerful being.
He is an elemental being, a type of magical entity who personifies a force of nature and controls natural powers derived from their element. We are basically talking of a being almost as powerful as a God, under certain circumstances perhaps even stronger.
Mahal is an elemental of Earth, therefore his most prominent powers are:
- Super strength at god like level
- Invulnerability at god like level
- Size manipulation at god like level (he can easily grows at the size of a planet if he wishes)
- Manipulation of Earth and all element/forces related to Earth
The only thing that generally restrain him from using his powers to the max is a highly developed sense of honor; Mahal seem to be a guy that believe in honor and fairness, therefore when he is fighting against someone he keep his powers on a level that is similar to his opponents.
So, I think it is reasonable to assume that he could handle Baldur's powers, perhaps even give him some serious trouble... still, as I said, I'm only making theories here so I can't be certain.

Oh so he is Odin’s son then! I suspected that but I wasn’t entirely sure.
Anyway, as I told, Mahal strenght and invulnerabilty are at a very high level, at least equal to that of a god and perhaps even greater. So, like I said, Mahal could fight Baldur on equal level and perhaps even overpower him
