This rooster is ready to shock everyone away.
This was made for my friend
stuffmybelly.
This sheet was almost done for a while, but for some reason we didn't finish it.
But now we did and he's rearing to go.

Weapon: Double barrel shotgun
Light armor: trench coat
Personality:
Duane is kind hearted soul who’s very curious about the why’s of things.
He’s energetic and ready to go when you say so and I believe becoming friends with
him is a very good thing.
Arsenal:
Duane uses a double barrel shotgun as his main weapon.
For travelling, Duane uses a polaroid camera which allows him to teleport to places he has pictures of. He carries pictures he’s taken in a box that he has on his person at all times, the ones he often travels to are stored in his trench coat for faster access.
He also wears a sombrero. This sombrero, however, is something special as it’s able to withstand electricity at a very high Wattage (Voltage*amps= Watt).
But is still light in weight so he isn’t burdened by it.
He also tends to carry food in his trench coat to eat, so that he can replenish energy when he’s low on it.
Magic:
Leech:
The most important and most used ability for Duane is to be able to
suck up energy from electronics and people (and food but that needs to be consumed).
It’s needed to use his electric abilities.
Overcharge:
Being able to leech from targets, and equipment allows Duane to Overload himself with electricity.
When this happens he grows fatter and fatter. One would say that this would make him an easier target to hit, but in reality it will only make him more dangerous as explained later.
Furthermore, Duane has yet to find a limit on how big he can become.
Electric state:
Duane is able to go into a electrical state where his body becomes impervious to all melee and ranged attacks. (the only thing that neutralise and ignores his this effect is water and rubber)
To remain in this state, Duane must expend a lot of energy, so he can only stay in it for a limited time, but when overcharged, this state can be very powerful!
Fat/blob state:
When he is overcharged, his mobility becomes extremely low, but the amount of damage he can dish out when one’s in range can be tremendous, if used correctly.
He can choose to teleport up into the air a little to discharge himself like an uncontrolled bomb when he lands on the ground, or comes into contact with something (dangerous with allies nearby)
He can also choose to defend his allies like this and take the damage for himself, it is unknown, however, if the fat increases his natural defenses or not.
General:
His normal attacks and abilities consist of:
a lightning bolt from his hand.
Electric grenades.
Electrical shield to consume bullets (magic projectiles won't work)
electric shockwave (primarily used as an EMP and slightly used for a light stun)
Teleportation (10 metres~ / 33 feet~)
Able to travel through electrical wiring.
Double-barrel Shotgun:
Duane carries a certain amount of shells with him for the enemies that can be shot down.
He generally uses his electricity to create small electric orbs which he can fire in a few different ways.
Flashlight spread:
Duane loads a few more of these electric orbs to overload the gun and fires a large spread at the cost of range.
He can choose to either stun enemies for a long while or deal a large amount of damage depending on one’s electrical resistance.
Normal mode:
Duane loads an electric orb, the spread would depend on the model of double barrel used.
The damage, however, is decided by the amount of power Duane puts into it.
The advantage of this mode is that damage won't decrease over distance.
Focused mode:
Taking a bit more time to prepare, Duane loads an electric orb into the shotgun that is shaped and created in such a way that, when fired, it will not explode into a spread, but instead, will make the shotgun behave more like a rifle, allowing for a long-range precision shot. The accuracy is determined by Duane’s accuracy and familiarity with the weapon he’s using.
Perks:
Perk 1: Antique expert:
Duane knows the in and outs of antiques from practically every category.
Even machinery from the old days. From pocket watches to trains, he knows how
to operate it.This makes him pretty handy in various situations and allows him to apply it more modern things to either enhance it or give it a more natural feeling to him.
Perk 2:
When Duane has gotten a flesh wound or a cut of any size, he can stitch himself back together with electrical arcs to prevent blood loss. He does this when he got damaged
in that way during the period he had low energy and needed to recharge.
Note this doesn’t heal him, it only prevents him from slowly dying.
A recommendation is to get anything lethal out of his body before he starts to stitch himsel
back together
Special:
Electric dance party:
Stuffers holds his hat as electricity charges into it, the fatter he his the more he can charge into it. when charged he throws it towards the enemies.
the hat will spin as beams of electricity is shot around the room
