I have no idea what this thing is really, just a mash up of an owl, dragon, and cat or something? Either way, I thought it was horrendously adorable so I coloured up the sketch.... and here we are.
I was trying to think of something to call it, but I'm not good with names. I imagine that it's about the size of a lynx or bobcat or something.. Males would have larger wings and horns, but overall size would only be marginally larger than females. The wings are too small so they're flightless... A typical diet would be solely carnivorous, mostly large rodents and rabbits and such.... I dunno, haha. Too much time on my hands :D
