"Thank you so much!" Ora squeed in delight as Gerald delivered a heaping plate of french fries.
"Hot, fresh, soft, and thick cut just the way you like them." grinned the small semi-feral otter as he set the plate down next to her and then carefully climbed onto the bed next to Ora's gravid belly.
"MMMM, indeed they are." said Ora in between bites.
"Snuggling up next to her belly, Gerald whispered to Ora, "How are our babies doing? Are they still both asleep?"
"Yes they are. You should be okay to wake them though" answered Ora, continuing to savor the delicious fries.
Ora felt Gerald bury his face in her belly and then let out a loud squeak. She felt her babies jump inside her as they woke up. Gerald squeaked again, carefully pressing his face further against her belly. Figuring out what was going on, the two little ones began gleefully poking and pawing at their fathers face through Ora's skin and fur.
"Hello my little babies, how are you doing?" Gerald said to the little ones growing inside Ora. Running his webbed hand along her belly, Ora felt one of her babies continuing to happily paw at Gerald's face and the other move to poke at his hand.
"I was worried how you would handle me being pregnant," Ora mumbled to Gerald, her mouth full of french fries, "It's so sweet of you to spend so much of your free time with me and the kids."
"I didn't even think about them recognizing my voice," giggled Gerald as he continued snuggling, "but we've spent so much time together that they really do know that it's me. That's awesome."
"For you it is," Ora teased, "They get grumpy and kick the crap out of me if anyone other than you or me tries talking to them."
"They just wanna be with mom and dad", answered Gerald as he began massaging his wife's belly.
"Ohhhh, that feels so good," sighed Ora blissfully. "Keep doing that. I'm gonna finish these fries before they get cold."
Gerald let out a happy squeak in reply as he rubbed and kneaded Ora's plump belly with his hands, enjoying the feeling of her fur against his fingers and webbing. Nuzzling her with his nose, he continued squeaking to his children inside her. The two little ones continued to happily play with their father. Ora closed her eyes and continued devouring her french fries.
