The name says it all. Otters are born to swim and the body is perfectly adapted for this. Picture of yours truely. I redid a sketch but this time I tried to avoid the contour. I needed some time until I got all the details in place but I think it was worth it. I also used some reference pics for the back muscles. Added some fur structure to it.
