Legends are not always the ones who win, but the ones who knew loss more than anyone and turned that into strenght that carved a story for generations.
But what about one that became a legend, because of their loss? How much can you feel sorrow for loss, if you keep losing?
Would it be count as a 'loss' if you dont feel the emotional cut - and a moment after you lack what you had?
A born leader, or rather, quite literally, born to lead her kin, Bug was named a royalty from her first moments. For some, leadership is power, control, responsability.
In her case, it was patience. Extraordinery patience, that gave her the nickname "Queen of time". She would not rule over her tribes, she would not interupt their quarrels.
She would not seek loyalty, and she knew she should not fear betrayel, either. All she had to do - is wait.
She waited for the season to stroke the unsprouted seeds and command them to rise.
She waited for the ground to crack under her feet to call for the rain.
Waited for her men to notice the answers to any struggle that lay under their nose.
She waited, for the lost to finally look at the right direction, and describe what they should see.
Yet not everyone would keep up with the system of the royalty's words. Many were reckless, impatiant, rushing.
"Oh, how many of you hate waiting...You don't realize that rushing causing you to act without thinking. It leads you to a boulder, which you are afraid of, you freeze and cry.
Fearing facing failure, yet never stopping to look at the map or check your compass. Fools..."
Words of a leader who lost such an irriplacable amount of her people. Looking down on so many of her..dead...?! How can...
"Prespective."
That was the wisest choice, in her outlook, and she isn't too wrong, as a leader that hopes the ones who know patience, seeking to learn, think, and know,
those will continue the generations and pass further.
"Those, without it, would not have a chance to survive to become a greater loss to the Kin that are gifted with the ability to Manipulate space. Dimensions.
Ones who hold the key to open portals, to change dimensions, control space, they must know the limits and dependancy on Time. Or else, their effort would worth less than their breath."

From the author;
Bug, her later years, after leaving to her journey and leaving the kingdom behind with the promise she will return when time is right.
She might seem a stingy, bitchy and rough, but she's simply different. She is not a human, not any species that are known to us.
The kind of her beings, they are powerful and wise, they must be, that's their role in the universe. Seekers of truth, collectors of knowledge, ah, I really need to find a name for them soon...
