i've been wanting to make a pokesona for a while, and i've always loved ninetales so here's whisp (short for whisper). he's a shy alolan ninetales, it was a lot of fun designing the small patterns. i haven't designed a personal character for myself in a long time, but i'm looking to redo a design i did have for sale which i've now decided to keep, so look out for that in the future i guess.
