Miracle finally takes down Static in a fight aided by the rest of the Night Rangers when the electric vixen was blasted with water and shorted out. Static had a weird image of Miracle in her head and thought she had figured out who she was already. Miracle had no idea that Ramona Love, the nightclub owner on the local news once or twice in Savannah, was Static.
Regardless, War Wolf let Miracle make the arrest because she knew it would be important for her to do so.
