The Quick And The Angry

Mission: 7
Objective: Retrieve Anger Mouse's Needle
Nishi's Note: Mouse Father
Our mission ended. Anger Mouse got his needle, even though he was torn to pieces after.
As his creator, I wanted to fix things up, but I wasn't able to.
So I left Messy Bunny in his den, sure that they would be able to see each other again some day. (:

Wow... I'm exceptionally moved by how you finished this sequence.
The presentation from middle to bottom really gave it a kind of slow-motion, dream-like feel that, for me anyway, put me in a most somber mood. Kind of like I could feel Nishi's desire to make right on what he believed deserved a happier ending. The final part was just too touching for me to even try and describe. Bittersweet. Simply bittersweet.

I honestly believe you succeeded in doing that and a whole lot more.
The blend of emotion, character, and plot was very well played out here. Furthermore, the fan nod to all of us who are familiar with Anger Mouse and Messy Bunny was also executed nicely. It definately shows that you are improving in your abilities and makes me eager to see how you will continue to do so in the forthcoming installments. Oopa!

She was attached to the needle we found in the first page: http://www.furaffinity.net/view/2761511
I fixed her up, and put her in his den. They're different sewing creations. (:
