I have updated Takua's fursuit once a year. The costumes from 2015-18 reflect themes that Megaplex had.
2013: My first suit. was super cheap and craply made in time for a drag show where i lipsinked "what does the fox say."
2014: same body suit but new belly. head is new too.
2015: is a partal suit now. head from 2014 but new ears and tan neck.
2016: is all new.
2017: same head but has new eyes, muzzle, and ears. also same tail. It is now a half suit.
2018: modified ears and head from Dreamvisions creations. Also bought toes, whiskers, nose, and teeth from them. only head, hands, and feet are new. Still a half suit.

I really like it when the art of fursuiting is taken to the next level in this manner. It really helps by adding to the atmosphere each yearly theme is supposed to generate. As always, participating in the theme with your fursuit should remain optional. Not everyone has the resources or resourcefulness to do this.
thank you for the kind words! I enjoy the themes. I do love dressing up. Even if i can't do it often, Next year is a magic theme. Like the kinds where you escape from a box. I'm thinking Takua's iconic leather vest over a black rolled up sleeve button up shirt. Would also do a little cape and possibly a big wand and top hat.
Takua is a half suit. Basically arms and legs are separate. it's not a full fursuit. This helps with costumes. So he could put a big t-shirt on and I won't over heat with layers.
