Etrian: Well, here we are, my friend! Finally at the beach!

The dragon stretched his arms, dressed in just swim shorts, sandals, and a pair of sun glasses as he stepped out of the car, soaking in the bright summer sun. After doing that, he turned to look at his companion for the beach trip.

Yan Shu Chi steps out of the passenger's seat, nodding to Etrian. He was wearing swim shorts, a vest

Yan: Thanks for bringing me along again! I wasn't expecting it, but it really is kind of you!

Etrian nods and smiles as he pops open the trunk with a button on the driver's side door, then moves to the trunk to begin unpacking.

Etrian: I'm happy to do anything for my friends, and you did tell me you wanted to take the summer heat with a trip to the beach. So here we are!

He says as he pulls out a cooler and picnic basket, as the feline joins him in unloading their stuff from the car, taking the two inner tubes from the backseats. After the dragon is sure they have everything, he locks up the car and they proceed to the sand, setting up their stuff in the shade of a set of trees.

Yan: So, that's that! Shall we go to the water now? I am eager to learn how to swim from you, oh swim champion!

Etrian blushes a bit at the title the feline gave him, rubbing the back of his own head in embarrassment.

Etrian: Sure thing, I'm more than happen to help you with that! Let's go!

Yan: Race you to the water, then? Let's see if you're as fast on land as you are in the water, sir water dragon!

With that, Yan rushes forward towards the water, ushering Etrian to follow after him. The dragon chuckles and shakes his head, kicking off his sandals before chasing after Yan.

Etrian: Don't count your chickens before they hatch!

Li Lin and Yan all go to the beach to enjoy some sun sweat and surf when they suddenly plop down and rest on the sand. Li looking around as Lin plops on the sand and streches across soaking the rays of summer.

Li: Lin......i gotta put the blanket down.....mind moving....

Lin;neeeeevvvvvveeeeerrrrr!!!!

Li: Yan, can you give a hand, we need to move the fluffy prince......

Yan: but hes heavy......and hes got sand in his fur......

Li: i know.....just help me and you get anything you want today.......

Yan returns with food and gives it to the others. Lin knocks out cold from eating and lays on the towel as Li starts brushing the sand off his back.

Yan: dawwwwwww Lins purring!!!!

Li: i love when he sleeps..........so peaceful...

Yan: what now?

Li: go play in the surf, i packed the tubes so you can lounge, just dont stray too far or a tide can carry you out.

Yan takes one of the tubes laying in the water and closes his eyes being relaxed by the waves and soon gets carrried out to the sea near the horizon of the shore. Li gets jumped by Lin as they both notice him gone from the shore and go out looking for him.

Yan: this is not a good..........i bet someone will find me.........

Lin: hold on, shouldnt we get the lifeguard.

Li: over my dead body im letting the little guy out there alone!!!!

Lin: Li did you hear me?

Li: IM COMING BUDDY!!!!!!!

launching a boat out Lin looks at the shoreline of the bay where a ship lets off Yan as he waves them off.

Yan: thank you Mr. D'amore, i'm sorry for the bother.....

D'Amore: oh its okay, go find your friends and be careful next time, tides are wonky around here.

Yan gives a thumbs up as he leaves. Lin continously tries getting Li's attention only for him to look over seeing a polar bear fishing.

Lin: hey look someone who has the same tube you gave to Yan.....i wonder if theres an connection.

D'amore: if you mean the snow leopard i sent him back to shore looking for his...........

Li barrels around the ship, knocking Lin off the back in to the water and looks at D'amore.

D'amore: need a lift?

Lin: yes..........

Yan sits under the shade relaxing hearing Li crash into him hugging him tight and crying worried about him.

Li: OH MY GOD THANK THE HEAVENS!!!!!!

Lin gets off with a basket of fish looking up at D'amore.

Lin: sure this is fine, i mean........

D'amore: relax and enjoy, im sure your hungry.....so theres plenty for you and your friends.

Lin: thanks for everything, hope your day goes well.

D'amore: well saving two kitties in the sea is good enough for me as a good day.

Lin bows and leaves seeing the two asleep on the towel, Yan on top of Li's chest and starts the bbq on the grill and soon night comes as the two smell the smoked sea bass and awaken. the three enjoy the meal as they look over the ocean.

Li: anyone up for a night swim.

Yan and Lin: NOOOOOOOO!!!!
