In all seriousness, this is a real issue where I live. There are puppies being dumped to starve in the woods because people won't fix their dogs and allow them to run around unsupervised. I'm not talking two or three, I'm talking dozens. Kittens too, in even more numbers (25 just at the end of last year).

if you're really concerned about overpopulation, advocate vasectomy at the most. neutering does more than just remove the ability to reproduce. hormones are important for a lot of things. and, ya know, dogs do enjoy sex lmao.
