I had an idea for this little cartoony guy while trying to sleep! I imagine he makes horrible motherboard screeching sounds and glitches all around on a regular basis.
Shades of blue can vary, as there have been many used for the various 'blue screens of death' you can encounter.

Can be completely covered in binary, shapes, or yellow lines. Hew usually has a yellow line across his neck that appears like a collar.
His limbs can warp and change shape or appear where you wouldn't expect them to. Eyes and mouth often just cease to exist.
