Just want to say this page is REALLY good at conveying a sense disorientation and vertigo, I almost felt like I'd lose my lunch just by looking at it (Note: I mean that in a good way, I'm assuming this was the intent!)

That said, I think in my attempts at my own 'fractured fairy tales' version of this game, I described the warp process as the "express roller-coaster ride to hell, complete with enough psychedelic imagery to make even Hunter Thompson put the LSD away." I find your visual description... apt.

I think this is still one of my favorite pieces of yours. I love how nervous Fox is as he's entirely out of his element with all this magical stuff, but for Krystal, it's just Tuesday. Him denying holding her hand only to wind up holding it, the angle and the colors of it all is so good. It gave homage to the warp sequence in the game perfectly and really displayed your artistic talents with a bold and exciting flourish. Fox and Krystal's faces still get a good chuckle out of me to this day.

Not to mention the chemistry they already have together. She's still sore and condescending to him for roughing her up but she doesn't seem to be one to hold a grudge for long. The Warpstone also giving Fox some guff in the last few pages was great, and having Krystal have enough pull to get Fox out of that tedious sidequest is great. Really shows how long she's been here and how well regarded she's become despite her past.

Yeah, I really wanted to humble Fox in the comic and give Krystal a little more oomph to balance out her sexuality.
