Born into a wealthy family, Kayo was a happy child for the first 6 years of her life. That all changed when the family fortune was lost. Homeless and desperate, Kayo’s parents made the heartbreaking decision to give her up. Kayo resisted at first, but relented with a promise that she’ll see them again someday.
Adopted into the Ninjutsu Complex, Kayo proved herself over time to be a prodigy in the Ninja Arts and completed her training by age 19.
The following year, she received news that an infant kitten was being brought to the complex. She saw the baby soon after and immediately fell in love. Giving the tiny kitten the name Kazuko, she took her in and raised her as her own. At the same time, she also trained Kazuko in the Ninja Arts.
