Dr brain has his own mobile vehicle too unlike eggman who isn't the only one I call it the brain mobile. He too can go to any places he wants when bringing his super evil monstrosity machinery and creatures he creates, the brain mobile is equiped more advanced and heavily weaponized than eggman's old weapons. It can take quite a beating but doesn't break apart easily brain made it to become heavily armored nearly unbreakable "not much indestructible" this mobile can transform into a battle mech robot only in big battles more like suit to control in, it can turn back to it's normal vehicle mode if the transformation is too damaged. The brain mobile can fly like a ufo instead of having rockets to hover around, hope you all like it I am coming up with a storyline if anyone has ideas let me know^^
