There’s a time when fibromyalgia strikes worse and for me it’s during the mornings.

I feel tired as I didn’t sleep at all, pains in the upper arms, lower back and upper legs are the worse.

I was diagnosed 3 years ago my life becomes a roller coaster.
What helps me a lot was getting involved with spirituality such as respiration exercises and meditation.

Anyways the pain it’s only worse during morning time then I can cope a little bit without pushing hard.
