Flood aftermath feels. So I live in central Iowa and we had extensive flash flooding last weekend. The hardest thing about the flood last weekend is I lost all my holiday stuff. I loooove halloween and christmas, i had collected a good amount of decorations. My favorite thing to do is decorate for the holidays, i always get compliments on how cute our house looks at the holidays. I lost all but a few pieces....both my Christmas trees were trashed that was really sad. Ugh I keep reminding myself how much we did not lose and how lucky we are. It could have been so much worse but the holidays will feel so different from here out Sketched this out today to work out some feels.
