Got the idea for this randomly, no idea where or why it came from. Anyway, so it appears Rocco is having some issues with the small television in his room, maybe it's raining or cloudy or something but apparently reception is quite poor. Unless he wants to use a coat hanger and some duct tape to get slightly better quality I guess he would go use the big one in the living room and hope it's faring better.

Possibly, I mean it wasn't particularly hard for people to get into 70's era broadcast equipment.
Coat hanger acts as a bigger antenna, duct tape the coat hanger to the antenna and it can pick up more of the signals that manage to get through whatever happens to be blocking it.
