Ro is a peaceful guy, doesnt like to fights with omeone although sometimes he has to do it. Wash is very bold on the contrary and never misses the opportunity to do something that he will be proud of (and regret).
Also Wash says instead of Rokma, because he’s speakless and can only speak on body language.
