More old art from 2016 back when I was just starting to plan around with he concept of Rocco, also marks one of the first times I figured out how to do a really good wetting effect with a yellow marker. You'll notice he's not padded here either, the reason that I always kinda had for Rocco to be in diapers is being prone to accidents, like not incontinent or anything, just easily startled or accident prone. Anyway, he doesn't seem to mind here though, not one bit.
