HEAD
The following questions ask you to explain how satisfied you are with each feature of the head of the costume. If you are reviewing only a set of ears, your answers would also go in this section.Wear Satisfaction
Please describe how it is to wear this piece of your costume.
It’s nice and comfortable to wear, with a good amount of space for my glasses without feeling likes it’s gonna fall off. The inside is lined with a lycra fabric that feels really nice, durable and soft. The visibility is perfect with only a small blind spot in the middle, and a wide viewing angle. The ventilation is also as good as I could have wished for, I can easily circulate air thru the entire head, just by breathing into the foam right above the mother.

it looks absolutely amazing, it’s cute and really toony looking. His hare in really nicely done in big tofts, just as they are supposed to. The eyes are nice big follow me eyes, that she did a really good job making look alive, despite my eyes being black and white. Then there's the snout, it’s shorter than it’s supposed to. Yes, it looks cute but it makes the head look a little bit like a bunny. The month is quite small with a nice smile, giving him a beautiful happy facial expression. overall I’m happy with how it came out
BODY

overall it feels really good, I can move around without feeling like the suit is restricting my movement. And I do move and push the limits of the suit a good bit. The build quality feels soiled as far as I can see, all the seems are strong and are holding up to everything I’m throwing at them. Nothing has broken while I was using it even doing rough takes, in wash yes seems has popped but that is to be expected. The zipper is in the front making it easy to get no without help.
The leg padding is made in a slightly unusual way. It’s made with pockets filled with stuffing and closed with velcro at the top. Presently I like this approach, it makes it easy to adjust the amount of padding. So if there's too much you can just take some out. But I’m not a big fan of the velcro used to close the pocket as the stuffing loves to get stuck to it a lot.

Really not much to say here; he has a simple body design with only a few markings on the back and the bodysuit matches it just about perfectly. as far as I know, it is not shaved. The only other thing I can talk about heir is the didg legs. the are quite small compared to most didg legs, and I like them that way. They give the desired effect without looking way to big as some do, as a Kangaroo is not supposed to have big legs.
HANDS AND FEET
The following questions ask you to explain how satisfied you are with each feature of the hands and feet of the costume.Wear Satisfaction
Please describe how it is to wear these pieces of your costume.
Feet
I only have one big thing that I don’t like about them. As I have to take big steps in them, I end up hitting the ground quite a bit harder than normal. Which in turn leads to my feed getting sore faster. it would have been nice to have a bit more padding on the inside to dampen the hit.
The feet are built on shoes like this, which I don’t mind they are easy to get in and out of. but they do come with the aforementioned problems of not having enough padding on the Soles.
Hands
thay are really nice, big without feeling like they are going to fall of. so I have plenty of room for me hands to get air, or as I’ve been doing having a pair of under armour gloves on under. Even as big paws the dexterity is still amazing, I can quite easily grab things without much trouble at all.

Hands
First of the fur transitioning from the sleeve to the paw is a little longer then I would like. So when it's brushed it covers up the paw pad. It's not really a problem whenever i have been in the suit for a bit as moving around normally puff up the fur a bit, making it a lot less noticeable. The paw pads are felt and feel nice and soft.
feet
I only have some tiny details that don't affect the quality of the suit at all but I might as well note them. The clutch ring at the top of the foot, the color doesn't match the ones on the hand paws and neck. and only the left foot has an L in it the right one has on R. Agen this thing doesn't change anything but just to note it.
TAILS
The following questions ask you to explain how satisfied you are with each feature of the tail(s) of the costume.Wear Satisfaction
Please describe how it is to wear these pieces of your costume.
The tails are about 100 cm long and filled with polyfill stuffing. It is comfortable to wear, but it takes some getting used to just because of the weight. It’s held in place by two elastic straps, wear a belt can be fitted tur to hold it in place.

yes, I did end up with 2 tails (more on why at the end) they both look really good. the big one's thickness and length are perfect with the suit, while the smaller one works really well if I’m not in suit but just want to wear a tail. that both floats just above the ground so as not to pick up a lot of dirt. as the small one is a lot lighter it jumps around a lot more than the big one. which tends to stay a lot more calm but still has a nice amount of wag to it.
OVERALL SATISFACTION
The following questions ask how satisfied you are with the overall buying experience, including your interactions with the maker and the resulting final product. How was your concept art realized?
art
the concept art was matched almost perfectly. The few markings I have are spot on. The only thing that’s slight of is the transition on the legs for red to white is a little too high. The red is supposed to go a bit down the legs, and on the suit, it stops at the hip. I don’t really mind it as it is the only thing I can see that’s not 100%.
colors
The colors all look really nice, but the purple could have been a little lighter. No, it’s not a bad purple at all it still looks nice it’s just a little darker than it should have been. Yes, I know that sometimes fur can be hard to find in just the right color. Other than that, both the red and white look spot on.
How well does everything fit together and match up?
a couple of things that were redundant to repeat in every section above so I’m saying it here. All the materials nice and high quality and the entire suit is machine washable, yes also the head without taking out the eyes. The only time I’ve had seems pop was doing washing and never something I couldn't fix myself. that’s not to say she didn't offer to fix them for me, it was just easier doing it myself. otherwise, it all fits together quite nicely all transitions are nice and seamless,
How easy was it to initially contact the maker for a quote?
I started by sending a note over FA, then contacted her over telegram du to her not answering on AF after a couple of days. after getting my quote and shortly after my commission slot, a payment plan was set up with a 30% down payment. all measurements and DTD was asked for when the suit was started, no need to ask for them while I’m still on the waiting list.
How satisfied are you with the response time from the maker?
How long did it take the maker to get back to you?
all communication was done over telegram and always got quick responses, never waited for more than a day mostly only a couple of hours. tho while I was on the waiting list sometimes it could take a couple of days, but that is to be expected as she had other commissions she was working on.
How satisfied are you with the professionalism and customer service and of the maker?
She was very friendly and professional thru the entire process. If I had any questions or if I needed help with the suit, she was always happy to help with whatever I was asking about. also after the suit was completed she kept up with all my question and gave good elaborate answers on washing, repair, and general upkeep.
How satisfied are you with how long your project took to complete?
At the start of the commission, I was given a wage completion time frame saying some time in February, approximately 6 months after the suit was started. As we got closer to the end that date was more precisely set, and the suit was completed on January 5. I picked up the suit in person a few days later, as I don’t trust the postal service with something that expensive.
Are you happy with the product you received?
I don't like drawing comparisons to other makers, as I feel it unfair to both parties. Yes, it's no Phoenixnest suit, but that's not what I wanted either. She did a really good job bringing him to life, and I wouldn't want him any other way. He isn't perfect but no suit is, and the faults he has are so minor that I don't care.
Describe your overall experience with this maker.
the tail is the one part that I wasn't quite happy with when she first showed it to me. I thought that the tail looked a bit thin and asked if she could make it thicker. she thought it was better if she finishes the suit with the current tali and send it like that. if I still didn't like it she would make me a new one, free of charges and I cued keep the old one. which is really nice, instead of just making a bigger one. She led me play with the smaller one and make sure I wanted it to be bigger.
Override Aiko you did a really good job, I'm sorry my review is a bit nitpicky here in there but I'm trying to be constructive. I don't feel any review can be complete if it only says good things. yes, I could easily fill this review with “this is amazing” but that's not really helpful to anyone. The criticisms I have given you are minor and are there to help you improve. you did an amazing job and I will always be thankful for it.
