I guess some would wonder where I disappeared off to considering I wanted to study and post my studies. I've put on my "to learn" list 3d printing ever since iconthylbert and
issashu got me a 3d printer for my last birthday! This was a side project I wanted to do for so long... I still have so much to learn and the poor rhino needs some polishing, but dammit! I done my first figurine by myself from scratch! From a ball of clay in Zbrush to a full model to a 3d printed version of him!
The smaller version is a gift from my teacher for finishing his character creation course. It is done with a different material and a professional printer, while mine is... well... not so professional. Not yet anyways! I wanted the bigger version made of him mainly because its such a huge achievement for me... and mmmmrrrrrrraaaaag! I am so excited for this! Milestone reached!
