Mitsuhisa Comes into the hospital groggy and goes to the physical therapy wing waiting for his receptionist.

Mitsuhisa: oh goodness, please tell me how my morning looks

Receptionist: you have a 9am interview today with a young man.

Mitsuhisa: of course.....I need coffee

Entering the waiting area Kristoff waits patiently as he's called in by Mitsuhisa and looks at kris tired and Not observant.

Mitsuhisa: okay so what were you here for?

Kris: I am here simply for the interview I talked to one of the higher up and said you would do the interview.

Mitsuhisa: yes yes....of course, sorry just groggy.

Kris: it's quite alright I know the feeling....

Looking at the application Mitsuhisa sees that kris is well equipped and has years of experience and training both in university and other places.

Mitsuhisa: you learned in Kyoto!!?

Kris: yes 6 years and spent the rest at university for physical therapy.

Mitsuhisa: and your qualified in how many!!!!!?

Kris: 4, Japan, Italy, Canada, and America.

Mitsuhisa slams the folder on the table getting up to shake Kris hand.

Mitsuhisa: you are hired!!!!!

Kris: thank you aim to do the best I can and help as many people as possible!!

Mitsuhisa: that is the mentality I truly believed died years ago, I can't wait for you to start!!!

Shaking once more mitsuhisa walks and sees kris leaving and looks out the window wondering if there's more applicants like him kind and professional

Mitsuhisa was working in his office. The son was setting threw the glas window. Mitsuhisa whipped away a little bit of sweat from his forhead.
'Dawm those papers are killing me in this heat. I wish I was outside, but it will take another hour before I get my break.'
Mitsuhisa looked to the next paper. It was a application for a kinder garden in the south area of the city. Mitsuhisa scratched under his chin, he had heard about a special area in the city where people with a physical disability lives.
There was an old senior flat witch was converted to appartments to help the people become more indipendent.
Arround the flat, there were living much families iwth childeren. The application in front of him was to build a new piece of the garden on a piece of ground they had just bought. But, on that ground, there was a vegable garden for the couple of elders still living in the flat.
Mitsuhisa flatterd his ears.
'Why do I always get the hard once?'
He decide to get some water and leave his office. In the cantaine, there were a couple of other workers. One of the was Maija. She was a bit of a gossip queen. She had always a story she heard some someone, and she was very bad at keeping secrets.
'I tell you.': Mitsuhisa heard her say. 'He was there with his mistress, on the same location were he had met his current girlfriend.'
'What a dick.': said Tinaku, her best friend.
'I know right. And the worst, the moment they kiss. She walked inside, to buy something for there date that night.'
'No way. And did she see them.'
'She was looking to them for a couple of minutes till he got here inside. She threw the cheesecake to his heard, and almost shove his ring in his mouth.'
'Good for him. Let him be with that bitch.'
Mitsuhisa decide it was enough for today and returned back to his office. The put the kinder garden aside and worked to his other paper.
After 45 minutes, he heard a knock on his door. He turned his head to see his boyfriend and there addopted son.
'Papa.': his cub said and run to him.
Mitsuhisa picked him up and cuddled for a couple of minutes. Then he turned his head to the bear in the door. It was a nice bear, a dream build, mysterious, dark eyes, a green part in his bruin hear.
'Hey, I did know we should lunched together.' Mitsuhisa said when he saw the picknick basket.
'I talked to your boss.'; the bear said with a deep voice. 'He say you could to a longer break. He know you work very hard.'
'Hey, watch out sport.'
His addopted son, Tyno, had grapped a paper holder and was swining it arround, almost hitting Mitsuhisa's head.


The three left the office to go to a nearby park. Tyno runs directly to the water and was throwing rock into it. Witch give him much comment from the ducks, who try to peacefull swim arround.
The bear, Kexuno, layed down an picknick blanket and pulled Mitsuhisa onto it.
'Here, I made your favorite sandwitch. Witch ham, mosterd and chicken.'
'Thanks, you taking so much care of me.'
'Well, you take good care of us. Working on that office must be hard.'
'Some days. Some times I make people happy, sometimes I make people hate us.'
'Well, it a very reponsible job, not something much people could do.'
Mitsuhisa looked to Tyno, who was climbing into a tree.
'Well, I had a very hard one today. One type of people is gonna hate us.'
Kexuno patted him on his back, his paw was always very heavy.
'If I could know it, I would help you.'
'I know that cuty bear.'
They placed there head against the other and cuddled for a moment.

Mitsuhisa: *typing on keyboard*
Me: Mitsuhisa-san? I got the reports for this month.
Mitsuhisa: Ah, right. Thank you. Please put it here. I'm see to it when I can.
Me: Of course. *puts folders on desk*
Mitsuhisa: Hold on... Did you take an overtime last night? Again?
Me: Ah? Y-yes. There was so much work unfinished. I need to get them done as soon as possible.
Mitsuhisa: Speaking of, I noticed you've been skipping lunch breaks and off time facing your pc.
Me: I-it's nothing sir. I'm used to it. Besides, there are worm that needs to be done right away so I made a little sacrifice.
Mitsuhisa: A little?? Oh no. I think you sacrificed too much.
Me: I-is that so?
Mitsuhisa: Here. Tell you What? You and I have lunch together, my treat. And then you have a three days off starting tomorrow.
Me: But... sir...
Mitsuhisa: Don't take this just as an order from a superior, take thid also as a concerned advise from a worried friend.
Me: Okay... *blush*

A knock comes on the door, and the husky sitting at the desk looks up at the door.
Mitsuhisa: Come in! Mister McCarter, isn't it?
John: Yes, but please, call me John.
The other extends his hand towards the husky as he moves into the room. Mitsuhisa takes his hand and shakes it.
Mitsuhisa: Thanks for coming by. I wasn't sure if you were serious about the business proposal, but I wasn't about to turn down the offer to discuss it.
John nods.
John: I understand. It's not every day something like this happens.
The other sits down, looking around the office for a moment, then to Mitsuhisa, as they begin discussing details. After a bit, they have sorted everything out.
Mitsuhisa: That is certainly favorable to both our companies, yes! I am inclined to accept, John!
He smiles widely at the other, extending his hand to him to seal the deal officially. John takes his hand and shakes it.
John: I'm glad you agree! May this be the start of a long and prosperous partnership, Mitsuhisa! I will try not to disappoint you.
Mitushisa: Likewise! Hopefully it lasts that long and is that good, but I'm sure we'll make it work, don't you worry! We can discuss what to do first over brunch later, if you want!
John: It would be my pleasure.
He brings out a card with his name on it, as well as his phone number.
John: Here. Call me when you're ready for that, and I'll be seeing you soon. Have a good one until that time, Mitushisa!
With that, John exits the office, leaving the husky with a grin as he looked over the phone number, thinking about the future of the partnership between the companies.

Mitsuhisa Smiles as he hums along to the song his son’s band is singing on the radio.
Mitsuhisa: Heh ever since that boy stood up for himself, things seem to be going up for him.
He looks down at the papers in front of him.
Mitsuhisa: Me however, it’s like the world is throwing a lot more work my way.
Smiling as a thought struck his mind he turned to the phone on his desk.
Mitsuhisa: Janice I want you to clear next weeks schedule, I’m going on vacation!
Thinking for a moment he then hits the phone again.
Mitsuhisa: Also please make reservations to a hotel and to purchase a VIP ticket to my son’s band.
Smiling he leans back in on the chair.
Mitsuhisa: it’ll be a fun week indeed.
