I'd like to give you a little insight into Shara's past. This is how she looked as a child and into her early adult years.

When she was 18 she was recruited by an assassin agency attached to the military. They wanted her for her talents based on the multiple species she was created from. She agreed and was put through some intense training to be able to be an effective assassin. In time she became a deadly killer and was one of the only assassins given the more difficult tasks because her abilities gave her a bit of an edge. As time went on, her identity became compromised, so she had to leave the agency and change her appearance. The scientists behind her creation had a solution and changed her fur color permanently and even altered the style of her horns. Upon her release from the agency, she pursued her interests in cake decorating and eventually opened her own bakery. She found some romantic interest in a man of her species, but found him to be very pushy in way she didn't like. Shara let him go and he became resentful and attacked her when she was vulnerable. He overpowered her and took advantage of her. She was saved by a couple strangers but became close friends with them as they helped her handle what she'd gone through. In that time, she sought the scientists again for another identity change to avoid anyone who'd been looking for her. Eventually her life returned to normal.

And that is how she became the bubbly cake lover with the look she has today!
