Only told them about a loose thread I noticed; they were very quick, gentle and helpful in their response. There are a couple of other issues I have, but I chose not to tell them since they aren't a big deal.

Wear Satisfaction
Please describe how it is to wear these pieces of your costume.
These paws are super comfortable and soft on the inside. They have absolutely no foam in them, so they are very easy to move in and easy to wash and dry; they are padded with a polyfil-like material (I don't remember what they were filled with exactly) and I have to admit, they are so soft and big I've used them as small pillows before. They are also very easy to put on. The right paw fits a bit more loosely than the left paw, and the fingers "sink" a bit, though it feels as if it were slipping away sometimes, it stays in place. Some parts on the inside aren't lined, yet the fur's backing isn't bothersome at all. They absorb sweat nicely, at no point have my hands felt sweaty in them, just warm. A few seams have gone loose, though the maker assures me they were most probably some excess thread, and removing them appropiatedly has caused no issues to their integrity or construction.

Appearance Satisfaction
Please describe how satisfied you are with how your costume pieces look from the outside.
First off, I want to say the reference I gave the maker wasn't too clear on the markings, and even if so, they came off very nice and in-character. The markings are symmetrical, and the color-matching is good with the original reference. The transition between furs is pretty good, though there is some fur caught on a couple of seams. The claws on two of the fingers on the right hand are a bit twisted to the side. The materials used were fur for the paws and microfleece for the pawpads and the claws, and both are very vibrant and soft. They are very cute and puffy and I absolutely adore them, even taking in account the previously-mentioned errors.

How well does everything fit together and match up?
The markings seem a bit "off" in their shape, though that could be because of the way the fur bends and fits. Since I don't have the rest of my fursuit yet (which will be done later this year by a different maker), I have nothing to say on the way the colours match up with other fabrics. This pair is consistent with the paws the maker has done before, though they got more padding added upon request.


How easy was it to initially contact the maker for a quote?
It was very easy to do; all I had to do was contact them through their Facebook page, and they responded in under an hour. They were very straightforward and clear in what they needed from me (measurements), and on giving me a quote.


How satisfied are you with the response time from the maker?
How long did it take the maker to get back to you?
Contact was always kept through Facebook Messenger, and they were very quick to respond to my initial message and any inquiries I had.


How satisfied are you with the professionalism and customer service and of the maker?
The maker is very professional,clear and friendly. They communicated less businness-like and more like a friend, which I personally really appreciate since it made the whole transaction much more comfortable for me.


How satisfied are you with how long your project took to complete?
They were very quick to finish my commission, working on it inbetween a couple of other bigger projects they had. I payed it on full at the beginning of the week, and got them by the end of the same week. They weren't shipped, just gave them to me in person.


Are you happy with the product you received?
Even taking in account the previously mentioned errors (like the fur caught on the seams), I am very satisfied with the product and the costumer service. This is the first fursuit-related thing I've ever owned, and I'm very happy I chose them for this.


Describe your overall experience with this maker.
I would definitely recommend this maker to other people and would work with them again. While their craftsmanship isn't the most precise, their work is very comfortable and cute. If you'd like to get a quote from them, don't be afraid to shoot a message at them!
(I would also like to clarify that I'm not really sure I'm a friend of this maker now, rahter I'd say we're just on friendly terms. I would also like to apologize if any of the things I say are unclear, I'm not a native english speaker).
