OH GOD I'M A FATTIE
You see it all the time on furry websites, chat clients and Second Life. Perfectly sculpted bodies, thin-but-muscular or slim-yet-curvy builds, impossible body types. That NONE of us have in real life. If we do, we're in the minority.
So I challenge you, FA. Take a photo of yourself, fully clothed or in your skivvies. Trace your body type and marks exactly, blemishes, scars and all. Then apply your character to the form. Let's see what the REAL face of FA is.
Ugh cannot stand my weight. I'll try a more recent picture. This was traced from a photo taken on Malicai and I's trip to Detroit.
OH GOD. I'm so lucky I have a boyfriend... my rolls are ick.
I'm depressed so sue me.

Fat makes one snugglier. ^_^ And hey, you're not as fat as Lily here ... http://www.furaffinity.net/view/2037174/ Lol! *hugs you*
Most likely. Walking is the big thing, as is calorie reduction. I myself lost about 16 pounds in a few months without even knowing it, just from eating better and walking more. 220lbs to 204lbs, btw, and damn, are my legs muscular; giant chickens would regard them as healthy drumsticks.
Exercise is a big part of it, so don't skip on that. My mother is a diet crazy, but refuses to ever get out of the house and exercise so she never does any calorie-burning, and never loses weight. Eating healthy also doesn't have to mean suffering. You might be surprised how good fresh food can taste when prepared right, and depending what you end up liking it might not cost much more than you spend on not-so-good stuff. Possibly less if you cut the outright junk foods out.
