This is our first pair to have an inverted color scheme on them and to have custom spray painted scales on gauntlets! Should we do more inverted color patterns like these? They were really fun to make!

Please read below regarding the custom painting. We may or may not custom paint more scales in the future to achieve colors that TheRingLord doesn't provide.

Scales are anodized aluminum from theringlord.com. HOWEVER, we have spray painted on top of the anodized part. These scales have a bit of uneven sandy texture to them. Not all of the scales are 100% perfect, some exhibit imperfections. We are unsure of how easily the paint will chip off. If treated as simple costume parts, as they are intended, they should last for a while. The undersides of the scales are black with paint residue on the outer edges.

Each arm only weighs about 10-16 ounces but the weight is held by the elastic band at the top. These took about 16-18 labor hours to complete.

This pair best fits small-medium adult sized hands/arms. They can have some stretch to them but those with large+ hands and arms may not fit or be comfortable. They can fit the following measurements comfortably:

3-4 inches across the palm
5-6.5 inches around the wrist
9-11 inches around the forearm
