"Oh man, this is so embarrassing," Ash said as he tried to hold down the skirt of the female nurse uniform. His face was framed by the blonde wig that had been carefully styled by Mallow, Lillie, and Lana, his cheeks dusted with pink blush, both fake and natural. His barely-glossy lips quivered as his mascara-coated eyes welled up against his fanned-out eyelashes. He looked so much like a girl and everyone saw it. "I need to change."
"Maybe I can help with that," a voice called out, almost echoing in the small changing room.
"Who's there?" Ash yelped as he looked around, his skirt swishing and his hair settling almost perfectly back into its styled look. He saw no one, and looked up to the ceiling. "Sophocles, Kiawe, you two better not be trying to prank me!" Ash called out as he looked for any sign of a loudspeaker or similar device.
"Let's get started, shall we?" the voice droned on as Ash felt his feet get pushed up from underneath him When Ash looked down to investigate (after having to move the skirt), he saw that his feet were now clad in white-colored high heels, and... at least half the size his feet normally were!
"What did you do to ME?!" Ash inquired, his last word being emphasized with a yelp as his legs shot up, making him much taller than before. Ash felt a weird sensation along his legs up to his pelvis; it wasn't hurting or bad in any way, just a weird, almost pleasurable tingle. When it finally stopped, Ash turned slowly to a nearby mirror, and his jaw dropped. His legs had been altered to become long, curvy, and impossibly drop-dead sexy. "Drop-dead sexy?" Ash asked, wondering why that particular word combination entered his mind.
"About half way there," the voice continued as Ash saw and especially felt his waist draw into itself as he viewed the mirror. When the feeling stopped, Ash could swear he could get an arm around that waist without straining himself! However, he noticed the extra mass went two places: his thigh-area, making his legs look thicker around his hips and butt, and his chest, making it look a bit... top-heavier? Ash then felt another squeezing sensation as his arms thinned from his hands up towards his shoulders, his fit arms from his constant traveling slowly becoming dainty and meek as the extra mass went into his chest again, pushing it out even more. "Now, we just need to sculpt all that extra mass." Ash wanted to cry out in protest or whimper in fear, but every sensation was much more pleasurable as he felt his chest being sculpted into two rounded bullet-like shapes, making his uniform's top push out and emphasize his new bust. "And now, the face," the voice said confidently as Ash's eyes were forced closed, his face, scalp, and neck feeling all tingly for what felt like an eternity. The sensations stopped, punctuated with an "All done. Take a look now, Ashley."
Ashley was a bit scared to see her end results, but curiosity had her interested anyway. Slowly her eye peeked open to see the mirror's reflection, and as soon as she spied it, her other eye shot open in shock. Reflected in the mirror was a cartoonishly-curvy woman with long, toned legs, femininely dainty arms, an impossible hourglass figure, and a cute face with wide eyes coated in mascara and a dull violet eyeshadow and two cute puckered lips coated in red lipstick, giving her a very sexy pout. "Is... is that me?" Ashley asked, gasping at her breathy and sexy drawl.
"Yes, it is, Nurse Ashley," the voice continued. "Enjoy filling in for Joy today!" Ashley felt like she was left alone again, and then sighed in defeat. She somehow knew that this was all going to wear off by the end of the day, and she was stuck with it that way. There was nothing she could do but strut back on out and help with the Pokémon Center until Joy could come back and work.

Seriously, this idea just kinda came to me as I wanted to practice on my tablet last night for sketching purposes, and the pun was too good to ignore. I did some approximation and tracing to get Hello Nurse's general figure down, and then just sketched off from there. I think this came out really good and got me one step closer to being able to do all-tablet work.
Also, did you know that Hello Nurse's name and the bit Yakko, Wakko, and eventually Dot do was based on a vaudeville gag of the same name? Because I didn't until I started working on this.
