Savv the Rat Backstory:
Savv: A rat who has lived in Caldera his entire life. His childhood was filled with intrigue, his first memories of being taken care of by ex researchers from Osmore who had come to live a quiet life in luxury. He hadn't had much time to make memories of them however, as one he was 6, they suddenly disappeared, the local government siezing the assets of the manor and leaving him to the streets to fend for himself.
Savv took it in stride though, surviving and thriving in the criminal underground to spite the government that took away his livlihood. His charisma and skill at thievery led him to become a figurehead to some of the poor even by the age of 12.
He had been planning a heist for quite some time into the states bank, and during a scouting excursion he happened upon a wounded man inside one fo the tunnels, his leg bleeding profusely. Savv was able to help the mysterious stranger with his guidance, taking care of him until he was well. The man revealed himself to be an assassin, sent to take a mark in town, although he failed his mission terribly. For this failure he was not permitted to return to his creed, and so stayed to teach Savv the art of stealth.
The pair grew fond of each others company over the next few years, and once Savv could learn no more from the man, he left to parts unknown. While Savv felt some sorrow for the mans departure, he was still filled with the resolve to right the wrongs of the past. With his new abilities, the now young adult decided it was finally time to make his move.
