as it happens, I'm german and was able to read what's written on the truck. I did a little bit of research (and by that i mean 1 minute in google :P ) and found that this is apparently the official mascot of a brewery in the german city of Düsseldorf (which i don't live in). I don't know if its just the mascot for some marketing campaign or permanent... but i think it could be the permanent mascot because the brewery is called "Füchschen" which you could translate into "Foxy" in englisch... sooo it kinda makes sense having a fox for a mascot, given a name like that. well, take into account the old truth that sex sells and you get something like this :P

Oh makes sense now. Tbh i wonder if there's more art of that Foxy lady out there.
